摘要
本工作采用常压流动法,在全返混状态下,研究了乙炔在CuCl-KCl-HCl-H_2O 催化体系中的均相二聚反应动力学。结果表明,催化剂中的H^+ 对反应起阻滞作用;当其他参数不变时,反应速率方程为:rM=A/(B+a_1)。要提高乙烯基乙炔收率,必须严格控制催化剂的酸度。
The kinetics and mechanism of homogeneous catalytic dimerization of acetylene using CuCl-KCl-HCl-H2O catalyst system were studied with a microreactor under fully backmixing condition.The experimental results showed that the dimerization rate depended on the acidity of catalyst. The activities of H+ ion in catalytic system retarded the dimerization of acetylene, and when other parameters were fixed-the rate equation of acetylene dimerization could be expressed as
