摘要
研究了由南京地区分离的鸭源流感病毒 A/duck/Nanjing/2 1 /95 ( H9N?)感染商品来航鸡后 ,各组织脏器中病毒分离情况和病毒抗原分布。结果表明 ,禽流感病毒 ( AIV)可以从肾脏、肺脏、脾脏和心脏中分离出来。接种后 3d( PI3) ,病毒在组织中的分离率最高 ,且又以肾脏的分离率最高。病毒抗原主要分布在肾小管上皮细胞、呼吸系统单核细胞和少量上皮细胞的胞浆与胞核内 ,PI3时病毒抗原的检出率最高。这些结果表明 ,肾脏是该毒株复制的主要部位 ,肾脏的病变是病毒直接损伤的结果 ,而且该株
Virus isolation and viral antigen distribution of avian influenza virus A/duck/Nanjing/ 2 1 /95( H9N?) in different tissues of infected commercial leghong chickens were studied.The results showed thatthe avian influenza viruscan be isolated from kidney,lung,spleen and heart.Atpostinocu- lation 3 day ( PI3 ) ,the frequency of virus isolation from all tissues was the highest.The frequency of virus isolation from kidney was higherthan those from any othertissues.Viral antigens were detected in nucleiand cytoplasm of tubularepithelia and epithelia of respiratory system.At PI3 thefrequency of demonstrated viral antigen was the highest.These resultsuggested thatkidney may be the mainly tis- sues in which this strain virus have been replicated.The lesion of kidney results from the direct de- struction of AIV A/duck/Nanjing/2 1 /95( H9N?) .Moreover,this AIV strain can be replicated in respi- ratory system.
