摘要
蔗糖、甲硫氨酸、组氨酸、半胱氨酸是白背飞虱若虫生长发育所必需的营养物质。褐飞虱取食过的稻茎中蔗糖含量降低 ,游离氨基酸总量减少 ,由此破坏了稻茎中营养成分之间的平衡 ,导致稻茎的营养条件恶化。以此稻茎喂饲白背飞虱 ,造成若虫死亡率上升 ,发育历期延长 ,但对白背飞虱性比及短翅率影响不大。
Sucrose,cysteine,histidine,methionine were essential for nymphal development of Sogatella furcifera (Horvath)(white backed planthopper,WBHP).The decrease of the concentration of sucrose and total free amino acids in the rice stems injured by Nilaparvata lugens (Stl)(brown planthopper,BPH)broke the balance of nutrition compositions,which is necessary for normal development of WBPH,and then resulted in the increase of mortality and the extending of development duration of WBPH nympha feeding on.But no effect was observed on sex ratio and wing dimorphism.
