摘要
为探明VA诱导烟草抗TMV机制中SA的作用 ,以烟草的 2个抗、感品种枯斑三生烟和三生烟为材料 ,抗病毒剂VA为诱导剂 ,用高效液相色谱法测定了VA对烟草体内SA含量的影响。结果发现 ,VA可以使烟草抗、感品种体内SA含量都增加 ,抗病品种枯斑三生烟SA含量增加更显著 ,且接种TMV后 ,SA含量在 4 8h出现一个峰值 ,表明SA在烟草抗TMV机制中起重要作用 ,且SA与过敏反应及PR蛋白 (病程相关蛋白 )
Two tobacco (Nicotiana tobacum L.) cultivars ('Samsun NN' and 'Samsan') were taken as materials, and VA as elicitor to examine the effects of VA on endogenous free SA contents via HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromotography). It showed that applied with VA made the endogenous SA contents increased in two cultivars of tobacco, and more significantly in Samsun NN(cv. Resistant). There was a peak in SA contents at 48 h after inoculation in tobacco leaves of Samsun NN. The results indicated that SA took an important part in mechanisms of resistance to TMV in tobacco, and there was some relations on SA to hypersensitive reaction and the producing of pathogenesis-related proteins(PR proteins).
