摘要
目的 了解 2型糖尿病的致病危险因素 ,并结合本地情况提出相应的防治对策。方法 对哈尔滨市五家医院住院的 2型糖尿病病人进行 1∶1病例对照研究。结果 2型糖尿病病人具有家族史、肥胖、精神等 13个因素的比例高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 家族史、肥胖。
Objective To determine risk factors of type 2 diabetes. Methods We analyzed 100 cases with non-insulindependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) through a case control study. Results The rate of 13 risk factors in patients with NIDDM were higher than those in controls( P <0.05).Conclusion The pathogency of the diabetes is closely related to the family history,obesity,hypertension et al.
