摘要
目的 :探讨免疫复合物性肾炎的发病机理和黄芪的作用机制。方法 :用牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)给大鼠尾静脉注射 ,建立免疫复合物性肾炎模型 ,黄芪注射液腹腔注射治疗。流式细胞仪检测NF -κB表达率 ;同时测定细胞因子IL - 2、IL - 6、TNF及细胞免疫功能。结果 :与模型对照组比较 ,黄芪注射液治疗组NF -κB表达率显著下降 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,TNF含量也下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,C3b花结率升高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。IC花结率下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NF -κB的过度表达是产生免疫病理损伤的关键 ;黄芪通过降低NF -κB来抑制免疫反应 。
Objective: To explore therapeutic mechanism of Huangqi Injection on immune complex glomerulonephritis. Methods: Rats were intravenously injected with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)to creat immune complex glomerulonephritis models and Huangqi Injection was injected intraperitoneally. Expression of nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) was measured by flow cytometry. Peripheral blood levels of Interleukin-2, Interleukin-6, Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF) and immune function of red blood cells were also measured. Results:When compared to nephritis model group, expression of NF-κB in treatment group, blood level of TNF and IC rosette rate significantly decreased(P<0.001, P<0.05, P<0.01) and C 3b rosette rate increased(P<0.001). Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of Huangqi on glomerulonephritis is related to suppression of NF-κB.
