摘要
基于弹性接触问题理论 ,对三万吨水压机的立柱螺纹联接部分进行了有限元分析计算 ,得出了载荷沿轴向在各螺牙上的分布规律 ,并用内点罚函数法 ,对螺纹参数进行了优化设计 .经过优化 ,既降低了最大螺牙载荷 ,又提高了螺牙载荷分布的均匀性 ,从而可以延长立柱螺纹联接的工作寿命 ,提高其工作胞效率 .所给程序亦可用于其它大型螺纹联接的优化设计 .
On the basis of the elastic comtact theory, the finite element analysis and calculation of the column screw-thread connection on the 30 000-ton hydraulic mould press are conducted. By using the internal point Sequential Unconstrained Minimization Technique, the optimum parameters of the screw-thread are obtained. By optiminzing, not only reduce the maximum load distribution, but also lengthen the working life and increase the working efficiency of the column screw-thread connection. The program can also be used to other heavy screw-thread connections.
