摘要
多目标模糊决策方法就是综合考虑各目标的重要性和各方案对所有目标的效用值 ,再将方案进行排序 ,选取最优方案 影响洪水调度的因素较多 ,有时无法定量作出洪水调度决策 尝试采用多目标模糊决策方法 针对洪水调度品质特殊性 ,进行洪水调度决策研究
The multipurpose fuzzy decision making method is to make a decision through the sorting of the plans integrated all purposes' weight and affection to each plan It is usually difficult to make a flood operation decision quantitatively since the affections are very complex.In this paper the method is analyzed particularly to make a flood operation decision It proved to be practicable with the application of the method in a flood operation process
