摘要
一氧化氮是体内多种组织或细胞产生的免疫调节分子 ,与移植器官排斥反应关系密切 ,起免疫调节作用 ,在排斥反应过程中 ,一氧化氮的合成与释放发生了改变 ,并影响着器官移植的成功。可作为监测早期排斥反应的一项指标 。
