摘要
目的 :探讨治疗前列腺增生 (BPH)的有效手术方法。方法 :采用经尿道前列腺电气化术 (TUVP)结合经尿道前列腺切除术 (TURP)治疗BPH 4 5例。结果 :术中出血少 ,术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,排尿功能均恢复良好 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)平均 9.2分 ,生活质量评分 (QOL)平均 1.5分 ,最大尿流率 (Q max)平均 14 .1ml/s,未出现严重并发症。结论 :本方法是一种操作较简易、出血少、安全性高。
Purpose:To present our experiences on a new operation method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:45 cases of BPH were treated by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate (TURP) combined with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).Results:There was little bleeding in the operation. With 3～6 months follow up, voiding function recovered very well. IPSS score was 9.2 , mean QOL score 1.5 , mean Q max was 14.1 ml/s. No severe complications were noted.Conclusions:This method possesses advantages of easy operation, little bleeding, good safety, satisfactory results.
