摘要
目的 :调查我院精神科门诊诊断情况 ,探讨门诊误诊原因。方法 :以CCMD 2 R为诊断标准 ,对 5 12例住院病例的门诊诊断和出院诊断进行分析。结果 :门诊诊断不彻底者显著较多 ;中度以上误诊达 14 1% ;误诊病例中病程少于 3个月者占 40 % ,误诊为精神分裂症者最多 (6 9 5 % )。结论 :门诊诊断准确率不高。误诊原因中医生是主要因素 ,患者、供史者。
Objectives:To surrey diagnostic accordance in psychiatric clinic and explore the cause of wrong diagnosis.Methods:By comparing 512 cases clinic diagnosis with admissive diagnosis that fitted for CCMD\|2\|R criteria.Results:Medium wrong diagnosis in clinic was 14.1%.Wrong diagnosis rate was 40% with course ofillness shorter than three months.The rate of wrong diagnosis into schizophrenia was the highest (69.5%)Conclusion:Diagnosis accordance was lower.The main cause of wrong diagnosis resulted from doctors,patients,chief complainer and illness changes.
