摘要
研究发现十二烷基硫酸钠胶束对氧氟沙星荧光有明显的增敏作用,据此建立了直接测定人体尿液中氧氟沙星的等波长差同步荧光光谱法(△λ=90nm)。经样品测定,其线性范围为 0 12~3 6 mg/L,检出限为0.12 mg/L,回收率为92.2%~97.8%,相对标准偏差为 1.2%~2.7%。
The fluorescence characteristics of complexes of ofloxacin in micellar systems have been studied in details. The experiments indicate that sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar systems can enhance greatly the fluorescence signal. The pH value has an obvious effect and the maximum fluorescence signal can be obtained at pH 5.0. A new method using the synchronous fluorimetry has been developed for the determination of ofloxacin in human urine. The linear range was 0.12 similar to 3.6 mg/L and the detection limit was 0.12 mg/L, the RSD was 1.2% similar to 2.7% and the recovery was within the range of 92.2% similar to 97.8%.
