摘要
目的 :探讨胡麻油烟冷凝物对小鼠脂质过氧化及SOD富硒枸杞抗氧化作用。方法 :采用胡麻油烟冷凝物灌胃染毒小鼠 ,同时给予SOD富硒枸杞提取液 ,连续 2 0d,观察血浆SOD活性及MDA含量变化。结果 :胡麻油烟冷凝物三个染毒组SOD活性显著低于阴性对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA含量明显高于阴性对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。同时给予SOD富硒枸杞提取液后 ,SOD活性明显升高 ,MDA含量降低。结论 :胡麻油烟冷凝物可引起SOD活性下降和脂质过氧化 。
Objective: To probe the effects of siritch vapor condensate(SVC) on lipid peroxidation and of SOD-Se-enriched fruits of Lycium Barbarum L on anti-peroxidation in mice. Methods: The concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) of plasma were determined in mice after treating with SVC and with or without SOD-Se-enriched Wolfberry fruits for 20 consecutive days with kits purchased from markets. Results: The concentration of MDA in mice treated with SVC alone was significantly higher and the activity of SOD was lower than that of control group (P<0.01).MDA content and SOD activities in mice treated with both SOD-Se-enriched wolfberry and SVC were respectively lower and higher than that of SVC group (P<0.01).Conclusion: The results indicated that the SOD-Se-enriched wolfberry could prevent lipid from peroxidation induced by SVC.
