摘要
西部大开发是近期的热点 ,但必须着眼长远 ,不能急功近利。资源利用 ,区域经济开发 ,都应采取保护性开发 ;工业化、城市化应与“生态农业”建设同步进行 ,不以牺牲环境为代价 ;夯实教育基础 ,实施人才留住计划 ,乃是西部后续持久发展之关键。
The western development strategy is a hot issue and a longterm strategy nowadays but it should not be haste,less speed. We should take steps in accomplishing it, protectively use recourses and develop regional economy, attach importance to environmental protection and synchronize industrialization and urbanization whth ecoagriculture,harden the foundation of education and carry on the plan of absorbing intellecturals,which is key stride in future development.
