摘要
目的 研究 8Hz(110dB)次声作用对大鼠视网膜组织中GFAP和VEGF的蛋白表达变化情况。方法 把大鼠置于8Hz(110 dB)的次声压力舱中,每天暴露2 h,于0、1、7、14、21天后,以免疫组化法检测视网膜组织中的GFAP、VEGF的蛋白表达。结果 次声作用7天后大鼠视网膜组织中的GFAP和VEGF的表达显著增强(P<0.05),14、21天后此2种蛋白的表达非常显著增强(P<0.01)。结论 8Hz(110 dB)次声作用条件下可造成视网膜组织的一定影响,引起视网膜组织中胶质细胞、血管内皮细胞的增生,程度与作用时间呈正相关。
Objective To study the expression of GFAP and VEGF on rats retina by infrasounded injruy. Method Rats were exposed to 8Hz、110 dB SPL (2h/d) for 0, 1,7, 14 and 21 days.The expression of GFAP and VEGF in retina of rats were observed by using immunohistochmistry. Results After the rats were exposed to infrasound 7days, the expression of GFAP and VEGF increased compared to the control group (P < 0.05). And, after the rats were axposed for 14 and 21 days the two proteins increased singificantly (P < 0. 01). Conclusion The experimental condition of 8Hz, 110 dB SPL could induce the glial and vascular endothelial cells damage in rat retina. The injury are consistent with the prolongation of the exposed time.
