摘要
学习动机是大学生学习的原动力。当代大学生学习动机呈多样性、多层次的特点 ,其中有些动机是积极的、健康的 ,有些动机则是消极的。造成学生学习动力不足的原因是多方面的。作为高校教育工作者要针对这些情况 ,适时地采取一些行之有效的措施 ,最大限度地调动广大学生的学习积极性 。
The learning motivations of contemporary college students have played a key role to promote their learning, which have become various in type and multiple in level. Some of these motivations are positive factors for learning while others are passive, and they both have strong effects on college students learning. Besides, there have been existing different reasons for college students lacking of learning motivations. Furthermore, in order to mobilize the students learning enthusiasm and cultivate their good learning motivations, educators of higher learning must adopt some effective measures in time.
