摘要
目的 研究葛根素 (Puerarin ,Pue)对低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)氧化修饰的抑制作用。方法 应用沉淀法提取LDL ,以紫外照射和硫酸铜分别对LDL进行氧化修饰 ,维生素E作阳性对照 ,研究Pue对LDL氧化修饰的影响。结果 Pue 0 .0 1~ 1.0mmol·L-1可浓度依赖性地抑制紫外照射和硫酸铜氧化LDL致丙二醛 (MDA)的增加 ,维生素E 0 .1mmol·L-1也有类似的作用。
Aim To study the inhibitory effect of Puerarin (Pue) on oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein (LDL).Methods LDL extracted by sedimentation was oxidatively modificated by ultraviolet ray (uv) irradiation and copper sulfate.Effect of Pue on the oxidative modification of LDL was observed,using vitamin E (Vit E) as control.Results Pue (0.01~1.0mmol·L -1 ) concentration dependently inhibited the increase of malonadehide bis (MDA) of LDL induced by uv irradiation and copper sulfate as well as with Vit E of 0.1mmol·L -1 .Conclusion It is suggested that the oxidative modification of LDL could be inhibited by Pue.
