摘要 目的 探讨抗白念珠菌保护性单抗 1B5的保护机制。方法 分离人颊粘膜上皮细胞并对胎儿脐静脉内皮细胞进行原代培养 ,在此基础上对白念珠菌进行粘附抑制实验。结果  1B5单抗能显著减少人口腔颊粘膜上皮细胞和胎儿脐静脉内皮细胞表面粘附的白念珠菌孢子数目 ,这种抑制作用与 1B5单抗浓度成正比关系。结论 我们认为 1B5单抗抗白念珠菌感染的保护性作用机制是抗体抑制白念珠菌对粘膜上皮、血管内皮细胞的粘附 。 Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of MAb 1B5 against candida albicans.Methods The human buccal epithelial cells were isolated and the umbilical veins endothelial cells were cultured.We produced adhering inhibiting experiment.Results MAb 1B5 could significantly decrease the number of candida albicans adhering to the surface of epithelial cells and endothelial cells.This inhibition had a positive correlation with the concentration of MAb 1B5.Conclusion We believed that the protective mechanism of MAb 1B5 is as the follows:the monoclonal antibody inhibites the adherence of Candida albicans to epithelial cells and endothelial cells,and reduces invasiveness of the pathogen.
