摘要
石化设备的大修周期基本上借助于经验来确定,视情维修这一先进的维修制度尚未推广,因此用VB语言开发了设备运行可靠性和维修性分析系统,并分析了系统的主要功能:设备的运行可靠性分析;设备的维修性分析;求得设备的稳态可用度;求得设备的维修费用与维修时间的关系;进行设备的寿命周期费用分析及费用效率分析等。以金陵石化公司化肥厂某大型压缩机组为研究对象,用该系统初步求得了它的运行可靠性、维修性及可用性规律。对将状态监测技术与设备的可靠性管理与维修相结合的途径进行了探讨。此系统可为石化企业进行设备的运行可靠性管理及维修提供较为科学的依据。
The maintenance period of petrochemical equipment is usually determined by experience. Maintenance according to the actual conditions of the equipment has not been used widely. Thereby an analysis system of equipment operation reliability and maintainability is developed by means of VB language. This system can be used for analyzing the operation reliability and maintenance of equipment, calculating the static usability, working out the relationship between equipment maintenance cost and time, and analyzing the life cycle cost and cost efficiency of equipment. By taking a certain large-scale compressor set as subject investigated, the operation reliability and maintainability and usability of this equipment are worked out by using the analysis system. The way to combining the condition monitoring technique with the equipment reliability management and maintenance is investigated.
