摘要
利用 XRD,XPS和 TEM等测试手段对 0 .6 4Ba Ti4O9- 0 .36 Ba Eu2 Ti4O1 2 / Ba Ti4O9纤维复合陶瓷新材料的相结构进行了研究。研究结果表明 :随着 Ba Ti4O9纤维的加入 ,烧结试样表面 O元素的含量提高 ,材料中 Ti3+ 离子和 Ti2 +离子的含量降低 。
The phase structure of 0 64BaTi 4O 9 0 36BaEu 2Ti 4O 12 /BaTi 4O 9 fiber composite ceramics was investigated by XRD, XPS and TEM in this paper The results show that with the adding of BaTi 4O 9 fibers, the content of O element on the surface of sample increases and that of Ti 3+ and Ti 2+ decreases, the dielectric properties of the new materials are improved
