摘要
目的 :探讨二陈汤合煎剂和分煎颗粒剂的药理作用差异。方法 :采用小鼠气管酚红排泄实验、氨水引咳实验和豚鼠整体组胺吸入诱喘实验 ,比较二陈汤合煎剂和颗粒剂在祛痰、镇咳和平喘作用方面的差异。结果 :合煎和分煎颗粒剂均能明显促进小鼠气管内酚红排泄量 ,延长咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数 ,显著延长组胺吸入致豚鼠哮喘发作潜伏期和翻倒发生时间 ,降低翻倒率。结论
OBJECTIVE To study the differences of pharmacodynamics between the mixed decoction and the separated granule of Erchen Tang (ECT),a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS Pharmacodynamics of two mixtures including the mixed decoction, the separated decoction and the separated granule of ECT were parallelly studied on the following experiments: the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion from trachea, the cough induced by ammonia and the asthma induced by histamine. RESULTS These two mixtures of ECT could increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion from trachea, prolong the latent period of the cough and reduce the cough times in mice. The results also showed that the latent periods of the asthma and the overturn reaction by histamine were significantly extended, and the overturn ratio was decreased in guinea pig. CONCLUSIONS The pharmacodynamics of ECT in the separated granule is not inferior to that in the mixed decoction.
