摘要
根据阿利特-硫铝酸盐熟料具有快凝、早强、高强和微膨胀的特性,用其全部或部分代替强度组分和膨胀组分,试验研究了阿利特-硫铝酸盐自应力水泥。试验结果表明其技术可行;水泥强度、膨胀等性能主要取决于熟料中C3S和C4A3S含量及水泥中石膏掺量(可用石灰石部分代替石膏作缓凝剂)。
Alite -Sulfoaliminate self -stressed cement was made by using Alite -Sul foaliminate cement clinker as substitution or partial substitution of strength and expansion components based on th e properties of flash setting,rapid hardening,high strength and mini -expansion of such clinker.This was proved to be feasib le through experiment.The strength and expansion properties are mainly determined by the content of C3S and C4A3S in the clinker and the addition of gy psum in cement.The flash setting behavior can be regulated by the addition of limestone.
