摘要
20多年来 ,多级机站通风系统在坑下金属矿山应用成功的同时 ,也暴露出一些问题 ,其中机站局部阻力问题比较突出。按以前研究 ,多级机站的局部阻力要占风机全压的 3 0 %~ 70 %。通过梅山铁矿通风系统的实测 ,这个比例可降到 2 0 %~ 50 % ,进一步分析研究认为 ,降低局部阻力所占比例是完全可行的。
While the ventilation system of multistage fan station has been successfully applied in underground metal mines for over twenty years,some problems are exposed of which the local ventilation resistance in fan station is more outstanding.According to the former study,the local resistance in multistage fan station can account for 30%~ 70% of the gross pressure of the fan.The practical measurement of the ventilation system in Meishan Iron Mine shows that it can be reduced to 20%~ 50%.Further study has approved that the reduction of the ratio of the local resistance to the gross pressure is by all means feasible.
