摘要 本文采用先进的彩色三维经颅多普勒超声扫描仪(3D-TCD),观察脑动脉硬化病人在血流变正常或高粘血症下,大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度的改变,探讨血流变变化对脑血流的影响。结果提示:当高粘血症时,MCA 的血流速度较正常血流变组明显减慢,二者之间有显著性差异(P<0.001)。 With the help of the advanced 3-dimensional transcranial doppler color ultrasonic scanner (3D-TCD) an observation of the patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis was made to see how the blood flow rate of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) changed in normal condition or in high blood viscosity so that the influence of the changes of blood rheology on the cerebral blood flow can be studied.The results revealed that the blood flow rate of MCA became obviously slower in high blood viscosity than in normal,and that there was much difference between the two groups (P<0.001).They showed that the volume of the blood flow became less.Therefore,the patients with high blood vicosity should be taken good care of in treatment.Active measures must be taken to reduce their blood viscosity.
