摘要
采用自蔓延高温燃烧合成 -准热等静压工艺 (SHS/PHIP)制备了TiB -Ti体系复合材料 ,理论计算了该体系的绝热温度 ,测量了燃烧温度和燃烧速度 .结果表明 ,绝热温度、燃烧温度和燃烧速度均随Ti含量的增加而降低 .对合成产物的分析发现 :反应产物主要由TiB和Ti两相组成 ,TiB相分布均匀 ,主要有棒状和块状两种形态 ,并且随Ti含量的增加 ,TiB尺寸减小 ;部分产物中还有少量TiB2 相存在 .合成产物具有高的致密度和硬度 ,其相对密度超过 94% ,硬度HRA >
In order to produce the materials possessing combined properties of metals and ceramics, TiB/Ti composites were produced by self propagating high temperature synthesis under conditions of pseudo hot isostatic pressing (SHS/PHIP). Adiabatic temperature (T ad ) of the system was calculated theoretically. Combustion temperature (T c ) and combustion velocity (v) were experimentally measured. The results show that T ad , T c and v decrease with increasing amounts of Ti. The phases of the products were identified using X ray diffraction and their microstructures were observed by using SEM. There exist TiB and Ti phases in the products, but a small amount of TiB 2 phase was also found in some products. TiB phase, which is uniformly distributed grows into rod like and block like shapes, and decreases its amount with increasing Ti content. The hardness and relative density of the materials are over HRA82 and 94%, respectively.
