苯扎溴铵复方消毒液性能及与微波协同对HBsAg的破坏作用 被引量:14

摘要 为了解苯扎滇铵复方消毒液腐蚀性、毒性、稳定性及其与微波协同对HBsAg的破坏作用,进行了金属腐蚀试验、动物毒性试验及载体上HBsAg破坏试验.结果,该消毒液对小鼠经口 LD50>10000mg/kg,对兔皮肤刺激反应积分为0,对兔眼48h刺激平均指败为1.5;该剂原液对不锈钢、碳钢、铜、铝均基本无腐蚀;该剂稀释成含2g/L苯扎溴铵的溶液与微波(93.5—96.5℃)协同作用2min,可将器械包中不锈钢片表面 HBsAg抗原性完全破坏;该剂置54℃存放14d,其上述稀释液与微波协同对HBsAg的破坏效果无明显变化。因此,该剂为无毒、无刺激、基本无腐蚀、性质较稳定的器械消毒剂。 In order to know the corrosiveness, toxicity and stability of bromogeramine compound disinfectant solution and its synergetic destructive effect with microwave on HBsAg, the metal corrosion test, animal toxicity test and test for destruction of HBsAg on carrier were carried out. The results showed that the oral LD50 of this disinfectant solution in mice was > 10000 mg/kg, the sum of rabbit skin irritative reaction scores was zero and the average score of rabbit eye 48 h irritation was 1.5. The stock solution of this disinfectant essentially had no corrosive effect on stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum. Combination of the di- lute solution of this disinfectant containing bromogeramine 2 g/L and microwave(93.5- 96.5℃) with a 2 min contact time could destroy completely the antigenicity of HBsAg on the surface of the stainless steel coupon. The synergetic effcacy of the above dilute solution and the microwave in destroying HBsAg did not change obviously after the disinfectant had been stored at 54℃ for 14 days. Therefore, this disinfectant is a non-toxic, non-irritative, essen- tially non-corrosive and relatively stable instrument disinfectant.
