摘要
本文介绍了OMRONC60P可编程控制器对机械手的控制,包括PLC和I/O的分配图和接线图,应用简洁的移位寄存指令SFT即可获得步进电机所需的脉冲序列,以驱动机械手按其工艺流程完成工作。由于PLC所具有的灵活性、模块化、易于扩展、及其可靠性等特点,可以根据现场要求,实现机械手的不同工作要求。
PLC is used for manipulator control. It includes I/O circuit design and program design. It obtains easily the pulse of step-motor by appling the simple instructions and program. And the step-motor can drive the manipulator according it's flowing-program to work. It has the characters of flexible?model?easily stretching and high feasibility.
