超重力技术制备纳米氧化锌的工艺研究 被引量:23

摘要 以氨气和硝酸锌为原料 ,在超重机中进行逆流接触 ,制备出晶粒细小的前驱体氢氧化锌 ,经煅烧后 ,制备出纳米氧化锌粒子。经XRD和TEM检测 ,氧化锌粒径为 2 0~ 80nm。由于采用了超重力技术 。 The nanocrystalline hydrozine precursor were prepared by roasting hydrozinc precursor synthesized with very fine crystalline grain by using Zn(NO 3) 2 solution and NH 3 in high-gravity machine.The microstructure was determined by XRD and TEM analysis The results show the diameter of the nanoparticles is 20~80nm.The diameter of the nanocrystalline ZnO particles was small and even because of using high-gravity technology.
