摘要
采用形态计量学的方法分析了游泳耐力训练后中药锁阳对大鼠小脑Purkinje细胞线粒体超微结构的影响,探讨了锁阳提高机体运动能力方面的作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠32只,随机分成4组,即对照组,游泳组,锁阳对照组,游泳兼喂锁阳组。游泳的两组进行连续12周的游泳耐力训练。结果:游泳的两组大鼠小脑Purkinje氏细胞线粒体发生了明显的形态学变化,数目增多,体积增大,嵴致密,基质电子密度增高,但游泳组大鼠线粒体部份发生了损伤性变化。而游泳兼喂锁阳的大鼠小脑Purkinje氏细胞线粒体未见有退行性变化。进一步形态计量学分析游泳组和游泳兼喂锁阳组大鼠小脑Purkinje氏细胞线粒体体密度、面密度、数密度均比对照组和锁阳对照组增大P<0.05,而游泳兼喂锁阳组的体密度比游泳组降低,比表面比游泳组的增大P<0.05。结论:中药锁阳能够改善小脑Purkinje氏细胞线粒体的损伤性变化,进一步提高细胞的整体能量代谢水平,防止运动性疲劳的过早出现。
Ultrastructural changes in mitochondria of cerebellar Purkinje cells were first studied by morphometry in the rats feeding with cynomorium under endurance swimming exercise. Method: Thirty two SD male rats were divided into four groups: control group (8), swimming group (8), cynomorium group (8) and swimming plus feeding cynomorium group(8). Two swimming groups swam for twelve weeks. The results were as follows: the mitochondria had an increasing in number, volume, crista and matrix density in the rats of the swimming groups, but by comparison with swimming plus cynomorium group, the swimming group had degenerative changes in mitochondria. The morphometric analysis showed that the volume density (Vv), numerical density (Nv) and superficial density (Sv) of mitochondria increased in the rats of the swimming groups, but Vv of swimming group was larger than that of swimming plus cynomorium group by comparison with the swimming group, the surface to volume in swimming plus cynomorium group was increased. These indicated that cynomorium had an effect of improving the level of energy metabolism of mitochondria.
