摘要
药物代谢的性别差异已成为一个日益为人们所关注的研究热点。了解药物代谢的性别差异对临床合理用药及新药的筛选和开发具有一定的意义。本文综述了国外有关药物代谢性别差异的研究现状 ,指出药物代谢的性别差异是其体内过程。
Sex dependent metabolism of drugs has been a hot point in the area of drug metabolism. It was helpful to learn about sex dependent metabolism of drugs in rational use of drugs in clinics and new drug screening. Recent investigations on sex dependent metabolism of drugs were reviewed. It was suggested that sex dependent metabolism was one of the major reasons causing sex dependent differences in pharmacokinetics and drug effects as well as toxicity.
