摘要
在材料疲劳裂纹扩张的研究中,灵敏地跟踪疲劳裂纹的扩张,精确地测定相应栽荷循环周次下的裂纹长度是实验研究的关键。在众多的裂纹长度检测方法中,直流电位法以其突出的优点获得越来越广泛的应用。然而目前通用的检测装置精度较低,难以满足研究要求。我们研制的数字直流电位裂纹测试仪,精度高、性能稳定。为材料疲劳裂纹扩张的研究提供了有效的检测手段。本文着重介绍测试仪的研究过程、设计原理及其曲线的标定方法。
It is of a great importance in the research of fatigue crack propagation of materials that the precise determination of the crack lengths corresponding to load cycles is assured and that the crack propagation is sensitively traced. Of the previous test methods of crack lengths, the D.C.potential method is extensively applied because of its remarkable advantages, but its low test accurracy limits its further application in research. The ZDF-1 digital D.C. potential crack testor presented in this work is of a characteristic of high sensitivity and stability, and it proves to be an effective means in the research of fatigue crack propagation. The design principle and the curve index of the testor are discussed in this paper.
