摘要
图书馆知识管理的前提是营造不断创新与知识共享的环境和氛围 ;条件是必要的技术和组织基础、良好的机构文化和尊重知识、尊重人才的内部环境。提出了图书馆知识管理的 4种战略模型 :知识信息转移和最优实践活动战略 ,以用户为重点战略 ,以员工为重点战略和知识创新战略。论述了建立内部和外部知识库 ,营造知识共享环境和机构学习等知识管理的具体内容和实施方法。
The premise of knowledge management in a library is to create surroundings and atmosphere for constantly blazing new trails and knowledge sharing. The essential conditions include technology, structure basis, good library culture and internal environment of respecting knowledge and talents. The four strategic models of knowledge management a in library -- transfer of knowledge and information and optimum practice activity, customer orientation, staff orientation and knowledge creation -- are suggested in this paper. The concrete contents of knowledge management and the way to put them into effect such as setting up internal and external knowledge storehouse, creating surroundings for knowledge sharing and organization study are also discussed.
