摘要
以乙醇为溶剂 ,分别提取了秦岭山区植物九牛造、辫子七、白藓皮、大楼梯草的活性成分 ,测定了它们对蟋蟀、蚱蜢和三龄粘虫的毒杀活性。结果表明 ,这几种植物都具有良好的杀虫活性 ,其活性大小次序为大楼梯草 >白藓皮 >辫子七 >九牛造 ,因此它们有望成为新的植物杀虫剂。
The active elements of plants-Euphorbia peckinensis Rapr., Delphinium grandiflorum var. glandulsum, Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. and Elatostema umbellatum Bl. var. majus maxim from Qinling Mountains were extracted with 75% ethanol. The poisonous activity to Cricket, Grasshopper and 3rd instar Mythimna separata was determined, the results showed that these plants had all fine insecticidal activity, the order of their activity was Elatostema umbellatum Bl. var. majus maxim>Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. >Delphinium grandiflorum var. glandulosum>Euphorbia Rupr. Therefore they are likely to be used as new plant insecticides.
