我国歼击机、轰炸机飞行员身体构成特点的研究 被引量:7

The characteristics of body composition of the Chinese fighter and bomber pilots

摘要 目的 分析我国歼击机、轰炸机飞行员身体构成现状 ,为飞行员选拔和制定保健措施提供依据。 方法 测量 6 4名歼击机和 6 4名轰炸机飞行员的皮褶厚度和部分人体尺寸 ,对比不同年龄、不同机种飞行员身体构成的特点。 结果 ≤ 30岁及 >30岁两组飞行员有 3项指标的差别有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;轰炸机和歼击机两组飞行员有 4项指标的差别有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;与肥胖密切相关的 6项指标间的相关性在 0 .6 42~ 0 .894(P<0 .0 1) ;肥胖和消瘦分别占总例数的 2 1.1%和 34 .4% ,且≤ 30岁及 >30岁组肥胖的例数有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 在年龄较大飞行员肥胖的同时 ,年轻飞行员的肥胖问题日趋严重 。 Objective To explore the present status of body composition of Chinese fighter and bomber pilots for their better health care maintenance. Methods Skinfold and some body size measurements were obtained from 64 fighter pilots and 64 bomber pilots, and the data from pilots of different age and different kinds of plane were compared. Results Significant difference between measurements of ≤30 years pilot group and >30 years pilot group was found in 3/19 items ( P < 0.05 ), and significant difference between measurements of fighter pilot group and bomber pilot group was also found in 4/19 items ( P <0.05). Correlations of 6 items closely related to body fat were 0.642 ~0.894 ( P <0.01). Pilots with BMI>25, BMI<22 made up 21.1% and 34.4% of the total sample respectively. The incidence with BMI>25 kg/m 2 in >30 years pilot group were significantly higher than that in ≤30 years pilot group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Higher body fat composition is not only a problem in elder pilots, but also in younger pilots, and it is getting more serious. Physical training and dietary control should be strengthened.
