A method based on orthogonal design,special measure of SPF and spectrophotometric study is developed to determine the sun protect effect of four normally used sunscreen agents(namely T150,Parsol 5 000,Parsol 1 789 and Escalol 557)and a film former V220.Two results can be drow:1.Spectrophotometric method still has great value in optimizing the formulation of sun protect products.2.A appropriate proportion is reached.These results are important for practical application.
