摘要
目的对酸化电位水消毒效果进行临床观察。方法分两组对手术人员手消毒前、后采样计算无菌生长率。结果酸化电位水用于外科洗手消毒 ,无菌生长率为 98 2 % ,而空白对照组为 13 3% (P <0 .0 0 1)。
Objective To observe the sterilizing effect of acidized electric potential water.Method workers in operation room were divided into two groups, the bacterial contain on their hand were detected before and after hand sterilizing.Result The rate of no bacterial growing on hand was 98.2% in group with acidized electric potential water for hand steriliaing.The rate of no bacterial growth on hand in control group was 13.3%,there is significatly difference between the two groups.( P <0.01).Conclusion Acidized electric potential water is a kind of safe and effective sterilizer.
