摘要
目的 探讨鼻翼缺损区皮瓣、鼻唇沟皮瓣加耳廓软骨支架行鼻翼部分缺损整复的临床应用。方法 对 12例因各种原因引起的全厚层鼻翼部分缺损应用鼻翼缺损区以上制作的蒂在缺损边缘的鼻背部皮瓣向下翻转形成衬里和鼻唇沟皮瓣转移加耳廓软骨支架的方法进行整复。结果 12例均整复成功 ,转移的鼻唇沟皮瓣无坏死 ,移植的耳廓软骨无感染和脱落。随访半年以上 ,无鼻孔狭窄和鼻翼塌陷 ,4例鼻翼缘稍向上翻。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of partial ala nasi defect prothesis with the skin flap of ala nasi defect region, the skin flap of nasolabial groove plus auricular cartilage bracket. Methods 12 cases of complete thick layer partial ala nasi defect were treated with following method: taking the upper part of the ala nasi defect region into the peduncle and using it as the pad, meanwhile, transferring the skin flap of the nasolabial groove plus auricular cartilage bracket to repair the defected ala nasi. Results 12 cases were all successfully repaired. Transferred nasolabial groove skin flap had no necrosis. Transplanted auricular cartilage had no infection and exfoliation. Follow up survey was long than half a year. There were no stenosis of nostril and collapse of ala nasi. The margin of 4 cases ala nasi were resupinated upward. Conclusion This repairing method is effect for partial ala nasi complete thick layer defect without the defect of ala nasi lateral angle.
