痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿脑脊液中兴奋与抑制性氨基酸及乙酰胆碱酯酶的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究痉挛型脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患儿脑脊液中各种神经递质的变化。方法采用丹酰氯—聚酰胺薄膜层析法,测定18例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,20例非神经系统疾病儿童及12例SPR术后脑瘫患儿脊液中兴奋性及抑制性氨基酸水平。采用改良的Ellman法测定脑脊液中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的水平。结果SPR术前脑脊液中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、AchE低于对照组(P<0.01),谷氨酸(GA)和天冬氨酸(Asp)高于对照组(P<0.01)。SPR术后γ-氨基丁酸和甘氨酸(Gly)高于对照组(P<0.05),谷氨酸低于对照组(P<0.01),AhcESPR术后较术前升高(P<0.05)。结论SPR术后脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸下降,抑制性氨基酸上升及胆碱能神经元功能增强与肌痉挛解除和全身症状改善有关。 Objective To study the change of neurotransmitter in the children with cerebral palsy. Method Amino acids were determined by DNS polyamide film chromatography, acetylcholin esterase(AchE) were determined by Ellman. Result It was clear that gamma aminobutyric acid and glutamicacid of cerebrospinal fluid in SPR group were significantly higher than that of control group(P< 0.05), glutamate was lower than that of control group(P< 0.05) .AchE rose after SPA.Conclusion The change of neurotransmitter relate to relieve spasm and improvement general symptom after patients were treated by SPR.
