摘要
对广东省几个大型茶场中不同土壤背景值的 8个茶园 ,进行了土壤及茶树各部位的铝含量调查研究。地处我国南方的广东省茶园 ,其土壤中铝的含量都较高 ,全量在 6 0 0 0 0~ 15 0 0 0 0mg·kg- 1 之间 ,但有效态铝含量相对较低 ,仅为 30~ 40 0mg·kg- 1 之间 ,而且与土壤中全铝量大小无关 ,而与土壤酸碱度 (pH)呈极显著的负相关 ,相关系数r=- 0 9732。铝在茶树各部位含量大小依次为落叶 >成熟叶 >根 >枝条 >幼叶。茶树凋落叶铝含量最高 ,平均达 (112 71± 332 )mg·kg- 1 ,而用于加工成饮用茶的幼叶 (一芽两叶 )部分最低 ,平均只有 (6 39±2 32 )mg·kg- 1 ,同时期的相应茶场的茶叶制成品中 ,铝的含量亦接近这一水平 ,为 (978± 2 32 )mg·kg- 1 。土壤中的有机质、酸碱度 (pH)、总钾和有效钾、全铝和有效铝都对茶树各部位铝的累积产生较大影响 ,但只有土壤pH值对铝在茶树体内向幼叶部分的转移和累积影响达显著程度 ,幼叶铝含量与土壤pH之间的相关系数r =0 772 ,呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。
The contents of aluminium (Al) in soils and different partitions of tea bushes grown in tea plantations of Guangdong Province were investigated.The total Al contents in soils collected from 8 tea plantations were high and ranged from 60 000 to 150 000 mg·kg -1while extractable concentrations were lower comparatively,from 30 to 400 mg·kg -1. The extractable Al concentrations in tea soils correlated significantly with the pH of soil.The aluminium accumulated mainly in the fallen leaves and mature leaves of tea bushes,and averaged (11 271±332)mg·kg -1 and (4 164±232)mg·kg -1 respectively,while Al concentration in young leaves was the lowest,only (639±232)mg·kg -1.The Al locations and accumulations in different partitions of tea bush were affected to some extent by lots of soil factors:organic matter,pH,total and extractable potassium,total and extractable aluminium.However,the location and accumulation of aluminium in the young leaves of tea bushes were only significantly affected by pH of soil,the corresponding correlative coefficient r=0.772 (P<0.05).
