笼养蓝孔雀两个种群的随机扩增多态DNA分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用随机扩增多态DNA技术对英吉利孔雀场和广州动物园两个蓝孔雀Pavocristatus种群进行了分析。用 2 3个随机引物 ,共获得 173和 15 7个扩增片段 ,多态率分别为 47 40 %和 9 5 5 % Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) was used to study two captive blue peafowl(Pavo cristatus) populations of Yingjili peafowl farm and Guangzhou zoo. There were totally 173 and 157 bands respectively by using 23 random primers to amplify the genomic DNA of the two populations. The diversity ratio of them is 47.40% and 9.55% respectively.
