摘要
提出了资金利润模式电价的定价原则 ,研究了用动态的电价模型来计算有负债的电力项目在还贷过程中的电价水平。最后提出对资金利润模式电价的改进方法 ,探讨在不同的用电时段和不同性质的电源特点下 。
The pricing principle of electricity with capital profit mode is proposed. The level of electricity price in the repayment of credit process of power projects with liabilities is researched by using dynamic model of electricity price. Finally, An improving method of electricity price with capital profit mode is presented. For different time duration of electricity consumption and different characteristics of power sources, the calculation of electricity price with two system method of accounting cost method is discussed.
