滨州市小学生碘缺乏病健康教育分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 调查滨州市小学生碘缺乏病健康教育的工作效果 ,为今后健康教育传播策略提供科学依据。方法 随机抽查滨州市所属区、县的 1 4所小学 ,4 2 0名五年级学生进行碘缺乏病知识测验。结果  4 2 0名学生成绩及格率为 97 6% ,城市和乡镇小学成绩优秀率明显高于农村小学。学生获得碘缺乏病防治知识途径主要为教师讲解。学生最喜欢获得碘缺乏病相关知识的传播途径依次是听教师讲课、看电视、听广播和知识竞赛及宣传单。结论 滨州市碘缺乏病健康教育的重点是农村小学。需进一步加强“学校—教师—学生—家长—社会” Objective To investigate the effectiveness of health education on IDD in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, so as to provide scientific basis for develpment of communication strategy in IDD health education Methods By random sampling, 420 fifth grade pupils were selected in 14 primary schools in seven districts and counties under jurisdiction of Binzhou City Questionnaire survey was conducted Results The general passing rate was 97 6% The average score of pupils in urban areas was significantly higher than that of pupils in rural areas Most of the pupils obtained their knowledge about IDD from teachers’ lecture and mass media They liked quiz and leaflets very much too Almost all pupils knew the best way to prevent IDD as consumption of iodated salt Conclusion The key units for IDD health education in Binzhou are rural primary schools It is necessary to strengthen the “school teacher pupil parents society” health education chain in IDD prevention Key words Iodine Deficiency Disorders; Primary School Pupil; Health Education; Binzhou Cityeine(NAC). (2)LPS and TNFα triggered the activation and translocation of NF κB, and PDTC or NAC inhibited the activation of NF κB induced by LPS and TNFα.CONCLUSIONS:(1)The induction of iNOS gene by TNFα and LPS is dependent on the activation of NF κB.(2)Antioxidants may inhibit the induction of iNOS gene through the inhibition of NF κB activation.
