摘要
以玉米粉氟标准物质和头发标准物质作对照,用超声波热高氟酸萃取——离子选择电极法测定谷物饲料和茶叶等14种生物样品中氟的含量,找出了测定总氟的最佳处理方法,取得了满意的结果分析样品含量范围在1.68-105.98ppm,回收率在93.7—99.8%,相对标准偏差为1.7—3.0%。实验结果证明,本方法具有简单、准确、重复性好等优点,很适用于谷物和饲料等生物样品中氟的测定。
A Simple,rapid and accurate method for determinating fluorine in cereal,feedstuff and tea has been developed.Samples were treated by ultrasonic perchloric acid extraction of ion-selective electrode, which has proved to be very efficient.Satisfactory results have been obtained on the analysis of 14 samples compared with standard referance materials of corn and hairThe recovery and relative standard deviation are 93.7-99.8 and 1.7-3.0% respectively
