摘要
通过电子显微镜、X 射线衍射、差热分析、耐腐蚀试验等方法 ,研究了光亮Ni P镀层的结构、形态及性能。结果显示 ,加入EN 96光亮剂后 ,镀层为非晶态 ,相变温度升高 ,晶粒细化 ,孔隙率降低 ,12 μm光亮镀层无孔隙。镀态下镀层硬度达 5 2 5HV ,4 0 0℃热处理后达到峰值 。
The microstruture,surface appearance and characteristics of bright Ni P electroless deposits were investigated by means of XRD?SEM?DSC and corrosion resistance tests.Results indicate that the microstructure is amorphous,addition of EN 96 makes microstructure of deposits finer and lower porosity of coating.The bright deposits(12 μm)almost are no porous. The microhardness of as plated deposits are about 525HV and reach the maxinum after heat treatment at 400 ℃for an hour,the corrosion resistance of deposit are worse than that of deposits without
