摘要
经手术结扎腹主动脉建立心肌肥大的动物模型,观察实验性心肌肥大各个时期的超微结构变化。结果表明心肌肥大是一个动态连续发展的过程。在此过程中,心肌细胞内同时存在着代偿性变化和损伤性变化。
An animal model of cardiac hypertrophy induced by abdominal aortic stenosis was utilized to characterize the ultrastructural changes in different stages of cardiac hypertrophy. The results of the present study indicated that cardiac hypertrophy was a dynamic process and underwent a series of compensational and pathological changes. The compensational changes were represented by the development of the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus which indicated active protein synthesis in the cardiac muscle cells. The pathological changes were represented by the increase of lysosomes and degeneration of the organelles in cardiac muscle cells. The course of the cardiac hypertrophy was closely related to the development of the two kinds of alterations.
