摘要
目的 :考察制霉素甘油的稳定性。方法 :制霉素甘油在不同光线及温度条件下放置 ,定时取样 ,采用 HPL C法测定制霉素中三个主组分的含量。结果 :放置三个月后 ,制霉素甘油于避光条件下稳定 ,自然光条件下降解近 2 0 % ,强光条件下降解近30 % ;5℃条件下稳定 ,2 5℃基本稳定 ,4 5℃下降解近 80 %。结论 :制霉素甘油易被光线破坏 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of nystatin glycerol.METHOD:The contents of the three ingredients of nystatin glycerol after stored at different light and temperature were determined by HPLC.RESULTS:Nystatin glycerol was stable when stored at 5℃ and protected from light for three months.It degraded about 20% in daylight and 30% in strong light at room temperature.Protected from light,it degraded no more than 10% at 25℃ but degraded about 80% at 45℃.CONCLUSION:Nystatin glycerol was easy to be damaged by light and its expiry term at 25℃ in the dark was three months.
