摘要
该文以弹塑性理论和瞬态非线性有限元法为基础 ,综合运用DYTRAN瞬态非线性有限元分析及其它CAD/CAE软件 ,对某高炮炮箱进行了接触和强冲击发射载荷条件下瞬态弹塑性有限元建模与分析 ,得到并分析了该炮箱应力集中部位应力和塑性应变的空间分布和时间响应规律 。
On the basis of elastoplastic theory and transient nonlinear finite element method,the explicit transient nonlinear finite element code DYTRAN and other CAD/CAE softwares are jointly employed to carry out a transient elastoplastic finite element modeling and analysis of an anti aircraft gun's receiver,which is subjected to contact and a strongly impulsive load.The space distributions and time responses of the effective stress and plastic strain in the receiver's stress concentration zone are evaluated.The results reveal the cause of cracking failure of the receiver in firing test.
