摘要
本文试将Roy适应模式用于管理护士职业压力 :把护士看作是一个有适应能力的系统 ,从主要刺激、相关刺激、固有刺激三方面全面识别引起护士压力的压力源 ,并且从控制压力源 ,提高护士适应能力两方面来管理护士工作压力 ,从而促进护士对工作中各种应激源的适应性反应 ,消除不适应性反应。
The author try to adapt the ROY model in nursing professonal pressure management , the nursing was considered as a system with adaptable capability, the pressure source were understood in three aspect;major stimulate, relative stimulate and fixed stimulate.The prevention of pressure source and improving of nurse's adaptability were discussed to enhance nurse's s ability to pressure source during working and reduce the reaction of inadaptability.
