摘要
研究了简单退火、双重退火、固溶时效和形变热处理对Ti 6 2 42S合金显微组织和性能的影响 ,选择出双重退火热处理工艺 ,即在 90 0~ 980℃ ,1h ,空冷 +5 93℃ ,8h ,空冷处理的棒材 ,显微组织为等轴α +β转 。
The effects of heat treatments, including simple annealing, duplex annealing, solution treatment and aging, thermomechanical treatment, on the microstructure and properties of Ti 6242S alloy were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the bar duplex annealed at 900~980℃,1 h AC+593℃,8 h, AC is equiaxial α+β trans crystal, and the alloy has an excellent comprehensive properties.
