According to the Steady\|State Load Test and the Transient Load Test performed on the chassis dynamometer, the relationship between light\|duty vehicles emission pollutants concentration, motor output horsepower and vehicle tracing speed were researched. It also propose the method to definite the relationship between the Steady\|Load Test & the Transient\|Load Test through the calculation of Emission Change Rate/Acceleration ratio coefficient, and it may be of great technical meaning to the I/M system.\;
